Lotto Sport Italia, an Italian Sports Company, is all set to launch 40 new stores across India this fiscal year. The company recently opened its third outlet in Mauryalok express, Patna as part of its expansion plans. The new stores will be a mix of both company owned and franchised stores, confirms the company spokesperson.
Sports Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd is a brand licensee of 'Lotto' in the Indian market since July 2007. Recently, Lotto Sport Italia and Sports Lifestyle extended their licensing agreement for fifteen-year, from January 2011 for the production and distribution of Lotto brand products.
Presently Lotto has 60 stores pan India, with 80 per cent of the outlets being franchised. Lotto has set up presence in states like Delhi, U.P, Punjab, Haryana, Jammu, Assam, Uttrakhand, Gujrat, Orissa, Bihar and Nepal and also in 180 shop-in-shops.
