Quiznos, brought to India in 2011 by Apollo Elixirs Pvt., Ltd a master franchisee of Southern India has recently opted for Coupa Software service. The company was looking for best-in-class solutions to help streamline the business given their aggressive expansion plans and thus opted forCoupa for retail e-procurement solution based on its ability to harness the stores’ collective spend intelligence and predict the future purchasing needs of each Quiznos location.
Elaborating on the Coupa’s experience, Mohit Mathur, CEO, Quiznos India said: “When comparing the various e-procurement solutions, Coupa stood out among the competition. Apollo Elixirs first deployed Coupa in all of its franchise locations. Ahead of the original schedule, Coupa will be deployed in 20 restaurants in India by the end of 2012.
