Ray White, an Australia-based real estate group for residential, commercial and rural property, is all set to enter Gujarat in February via franchise route. The company plans to set up 25 offices across the state by the end of 2012.
Gulshan Nayyar, Master Franchisee, Ray White India said: "As real estate is a booming market in Gujarat, we target to open 25 franchise offices at the end of 2012. We are also planning to open 1,000 offices within six months." Presently, the real estate company operates six offices in the country in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Bengaluru, etc.
Ray White established in 1902, in the small Queensland country town of Crows Nest. It has evolved into Australasia's most successful real estate business, now approaching 1,000 individual offices spread across Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, China, India and the United Arab Emirates.
