Ankush Grover, Co-Founder and Global CEO of Rebel Foods, is transforming the way the world eats through technology-driven innovation. Ankush Grover holds a management degree from IIT, Mumbai. After a stint at a reputed consulting firm, he joined Rebel Foods, formerly known as Faasos, in 2012. Since then there has been no looking back.
Since joining, he has overseen the brand’s early North India expansion and led game-changing automation and scaling initiatives. His strategic vision and operational expertise have propelled Rebel Foods into the global food-tech spotlight.
Role & Responsibilities
Under Ankush’s leadership, Rebel Foods operates over 4,000 digital restaurants across 75+ cities in five countries. Its proprietary Rebel Operating System (Rebel OS) sets global benchmarks for creating and scaling food brands rapidly. Through Rebel Launcher, he has partnered with international brands like Baskin Robbins and Haldiram’s, while building beloved in-house brands including Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, and Oven Story Pizza — demonstrating a bold, tech-enabled approach to the future of dining.
