With over two decades of experience in scaling consumer-tech businesses and building loved brands, he brings a strong strategic focus to enabling India’s youth with future-ready career pathways. Before upGrad, Manish served as the Chief Business Officer at ZEE5, India and Global. During his nearly five-year tenure with the OTT platform, he was instrumental in driving international growth, strengthening customer engagement across both SVOD and AVOD formats, and scaling operations across India and key global markets. He joined ZEE5 in 2020 as SVP & Business Head – AVOD, rising rapidly to take on India leadership in 2021 and later being entrusted with the global mandate in 2024.
