Sanjay Raghuraman is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience across operations, financial services, and large-scale retail. As Chief Executive Officer of Kalyan Jewellers India Limited, he leads the company’s strategic vision, oversees enterprise-wide operations, and drives sustainable growth across domestic and international markets. He joined Kalyan Jewellers in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer, where he built robust operational systems to support rapid expansion, and was elevated to CEO in 2021.
Education & Experience
A Chartered Accountant and Cost & Works Accountant, Mr. Raghuraman brings strong financial acumen to his leadership role. Prior to Kalyan Jewellers, he held senior positions at HDB Financial Services, Wipro Limited, and Clix Capital Services (formerly GE Money). As CEO, he leads franchise-led expansion and strategic engagement with the brand’s digital and omni-channel platform, Candere, strengthening Kalyan Jewellers’ global footprint while reinforcing transparency, innovation, and customer trust.
