Nikhil Singh is a seasoned retail leader with over 16 years of experience across footwear, fashion, and lifestyle retail. Recently appointed as Chief Operating Officer and Growth Officer at Beverly Hills Polo Club (BHPC), he brings a strong track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and large-scale business transformation. Prior to this role, Singh served as Vice President – Head of Retail Operations at Bata, where he managed extensive store networks, strengthened franchise models, and optimized multi-format retail operations across markets.
Education & Experience
An alumnus of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi, Singh is recognized for his deep understanding of consumer behaviour, merchandising, and market dynamics. His expertise spans P&L management, omni-channel retailing, and the deployment of AI-, AR-, and data-driven productivity frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. At BHPC, he oversees operations and growth strategy, focusing on scaling the retail footprint, expanding product categories, and strengthening distribution channels. His leadership philosophy centers on building high-performing teams, leveraging technology, and balancing short- and long-term growth to create sustainable value in an evolving retail landscape.
