Work Experience

Prior to his present role, he was the Chief Operating Officer from April 2021 to August 2022 and Senior Director, Supply Chain and Quality Systems from August 2020 to March 2021, where he played a critical role in strengthening operational systems, quality benchmarks, and end to end supply chain resilience for the brand.

In 2019, he briefly founded and led a consulting venture focused on supply chain, route to market, and business transformation for F&B and FMCG companies across India and Southeast Asia. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President, Group Supply Chain and Projects at Yeo Hiap Seng (Yeo’s) in Singapore and Malaysia, overseeing planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution across multiple Asian markets, along with P&L responsibility for co packing and distribution services.

A significant part of his career was with The Coca Cola system for over 14 years across India, China, and the Philippines, where he held multiple leadership roles in distribution, logistics, operational excellence, and supply chain transformation. He led large scale route to market redesigns, Lean Six Sigma programs, supply chain infrastructure planning, and national distribution strategies, managing multi million dollar spends and large cross functional teams. He was also selected for an international assignment in China based on performance, where he delivered step change improvements in warehouse and transportation efficiency.

Between 1998 and 2003, he worked with Marico, leading materials management, production, quality improvement, SAP APO implementation, and distribution innovations, earning recognition from the company’s leadership for operational excellence.

He began his career as an Electrical and Electronics Engineer with leading industrial organizations including Aditya Birla Group, ITC Bhadrachalam Paperboards, and Hindustan Organic Chemicals, building a strong foundation in plant operations, reliability, and maintenance across heavy industries.
